Learning Together
The motto of Markeaton Primary School, Derby is “Learning Together, Growing Together”.
The school commissioned Smith of Derby to supply and install an external clock and both staff and pupils agreed the timepiece should reflect the school's ethos. Smith of Derby incorporated a re-drawn school crest and the inscription within a traditional arabic numeral schoolroom type dial.
