Ecco
A quirky and original time indicator feature, the dial is 2 metres in diameter with a 6 metre length chain. This substantial pocket fob watch, manufactured and installed by Smith of Derby has a contemporary twist to time telling. The two spheres travel around the outer and inner edge of the backlit annular ring telling the hour and minute of the day.
The watch case is formed of metal rich glass reinforced polymer (GRP) - producing a bronze effect - and a specially applied gold leaf finish promoting a ’cracklerque’ orsimulated antique finish. Designed and finished by Marianne Forrest, a world renowned artist and silversmith, this intriguing piece offers visitors and shoppers alike a light and timely relief whilst enjoying a coffee and cake.
