Florence Nightingale

Having lived at Lea Hurst in Derbyshire in her early years, Florence Nightingale (1820 - 1910) provided the inspiration behind the Light Clock. Just as the lady of the lamp brought the light of hope to thousands, so the clock tells the story of time through hope. This elegant design in a hospital location tells the time, yet provides comfort and hope to all those who visit.
